There are a lot of artist in the community or what it's called in there the Tentacrew. There a lot of different kinds like doing emotes, fan art, animations, etc.

Gamubear has done a lot of art and art for Octo on a lot of occasions and had started getting into animation. He even made his own animation on his YouTube channel a while ago where he did a few speed drawings.
SpookyDerps has done fan art and emotes for Octo as well as streams on YouTubeTwitch herself every once in a while doing games or doing some of her art.
Neko_Theif or Aeris_Nicole is an artist that has done a lot more emotes but has done fan art as well. She doesn't really stream or do YouTube but a few times when she chose to she has streamed on Twitch.
